not bad on the composition. I think your pics would look better if you didn' try HDRing them. Just shooting in Raw and getting the correct lighting effects and color enhancements.
the 2nd shot would be a lot better if you didn't see the halo around the keeper, its distracting.

the 3rd shot has NO contrast whatsoever which dulls it out.

1st one looks good to me even though you cut his hands of. Just like the 2nd one..
3rd would look amazing without the funky postprocessing. And last one needs a lot less DOF.
But your composition is really good

Yeah halo's are very distracting but I really like the composition of these. Got some potential here

Had a chance to do some more this week, these are better but not quite what i was looking for. Next time ill try a smaller DOF, I was shooting at 5.6.
