I know the audio is off, I completely forgot to fix that before I exported haha

Looks good but IMO, the transitions are too sudden between slow motion and regular speed.

i think the whole point is for it to be like that. i like it quite a bit. good job. i need to learn more after effects.

I just used time remapping, not sure if there is a tutorial out there or not but I could help you.
