Where do you store it?

I was curious where you store your gear?

I don't have a lot of gear right now, but my body and lenses fit into my bag. When I get extra lights/etc...where would I store them? I have a very small house, and even less space to store stuff...

I store most of my other stuff on top of a cabinet, out of reach from the ankle biters. This includes my bag, tripod and any mini backdrops I might have.

Would a plastic tote be a good place? Just curious how you all store your gear...

I've got a bag big enough for my body and lenses, but my strobe gear is just piled up in a cardboard box. I do have a tote for my tripod and lightstands, but I am looking into some sort of cart to take everything together.

usually it all sits in my trunk. I hate not having the gear when I want it.

I've got most of my stuff packed in a Nikon CG1 gadget bag. And I keep the majority of my cleaning gear in a smaller, generic-brand camera bag. Unfortunately, the Nikon bag is nowhere near big enough to hold all my gear (my 500 is way too long to even fit inside when the bag is empty. I really want to pick up a Slingshot 300 one of these days. I'm hoping it all fits in there.

I got all my stuff in a backpack that I take most places. My tripod has a nice carrying case that goes over my shoulder.
