The lost contrast is my fault.
I am still really learning the basics of photoshop. There was a ton of contrast almost to the point of overexposure but I used burn tool to make the shadows and highlights closer together. Thanks for the feedback. I need someone who has used strobes to go out on a session with me and teach me something.

That is similar to what a lot of these were looking like, but I think I am so used to shooting ambient only that the hot spots freaked me out and I went crazy in PP. Thanks for the feedback, I don't comment much but I always enjoy your work on bf.c.
