shot with my 16-35 2.8L (@35mm I think)
PP is just basic adjustments and then LucisArts 3 ED Filter, then added a gaussian blur adjustment layer @ 25% opacity

I use CS4 about to upgrade to CS5 in a few days.
Here check it out, LucisArt 3 ED is a plug in filter you can use with PS. LucisArt 3 Enhance Detail
