Ok everyone, here is how it works.

POSTING
1. Create a new thread with the title of your choice
2. Post up a single picture (or 2-3 if they are a set together and are looking for an overall critique of them together).
3. Let everyone know what elements of the photo you would like to be critiqued (if any specific).
4. VERY IMPORTANT- Check the box at the bottom of the thread to create a poll. At this step you will be asked how many poll choices you want, you can do several options here, 1-3, 1-5, 1-10, yes or no, "good better best"... whatever you want, but make sure you create the right amount of answers.
You can also choose to make the votes public if you like. Then click submit and you will be taken to the poll. ***ALSO IMPORTANT- No matter what the choices are, the higher numbers are always the better ones (just to keep things all on the same page)
5. Name your choices in the poll and submit and you're done!

VOTING/CRITIQUING
A few simple rules to follow...
1. Vote honestly
2. When you vote, you MUST submit a post as to WHY you voted this way (we are trying to get feedback on photos here so we need the "why").
3. Keep it classy, clean and considerate. Remember this is for learning purposes, some people might not be as talented, or technically experienced as others so if you want to participate then you must be willing to be helpful to everyone regardless of their skill level.
