The Farm

I spent the day at the inlaws farm, helping transfer corn around.

But I thought I would take some pictures.. Damn my camera got dirty and I haven't picked up a UV filter yet for the lense so I am not taking it out tomorrow. I would hate that corn dust to scratch my only lense. I am buying a UV filter next time I get to town thats for sure.

maybe. have you ever done an HDR? rusher? do you have ps? that pic of the old red tractor in the field would look good as an hdr. the red on it really wants to stand out.

the cows/bull is my fav lol. goddamn stupid cows, i dont miss them. but if you removed the weed on the bottom right side it would be way better. and dont forget about trying to keep your horizon line of center, you have a couple of pictures where its pretty close

I think the last one would have been better if you had shifted your POV moe to the right, to in clude the tractor on that side, and fill the frame with both of them. Or a shorter crop to make it look more "panoramic" could have helped too There isn't much detail in the sky, so you wouldn't be losing much interest in that regard.

The majority of the other ones look flat IMO. A slight curves/levels adjustment will really bring the colors out. And I agree about the HDR thing...I was thinking that about the old grain truck with the rusted up front end and all. But the composition is spot on!!

On the one with the red tractor, ya should have moved the step stool away from the front wheel. Kind of takes away from it, ya know?

You have some shots in there that have potential man! Just little details!
