.......light painting. long exposure plus LED or some light source and then have fun. probably a separate layer for the car too

![]() just like mya said. long exposure, so pretty much gotta be done in the dark, or near dark. gotta try and be smooth and somewhat swift so the camera doesnt catch you, if you have a flash light w/ a longer handle it tends to work a lil better. and this only one way to do it, again like mya said, you can use diff layers.

and its just as easily done w/ film like here, this is w/ my 35 year old 35mm
![]() AND this is also one way to catch lightning. ![]() lmao, sorry. probably got a little carried away, but this kind of stuff gets my blood pumping lol

painting with light is the technique.
its easy, all you need is a flashlight and a shutter release. You can paint with the light as if it were ink or you can just use the light to illuminate the parts of the scene you want to show. here is one i did about a year ago.
