Find a good deal on some pocketwizards.
I've heard good things about cybersyncs, and cactus triggers are cheap. I only have exerience using pocketwizards however. I own 3 of them myself.

Cactus V2s' are alright, but getting a bit old. I've never had an issue with mine.
Cactus V4's are great from what I've heard.

I just ordered a set of Yong Nuo RF-602's, which I've heard great things about. $60 for 1 transmitter and 3 receivers. Free shipping. However, the seller takes forEVER to ship : /

I don't think the 430EX II has a sync cord port, so you'll need some sort of hot shoe adapter to attach a radio-based wireless receiver to it.

The Canon ST-E2 will fire your 430EX II remotely via IR, or it will also work as a slave with the built-in optical sensor. But to use radio based receivers, you'll either need to get a 580EX II or some hot shoe adapter cords. I'm not positive, but I think those hot shoe adapter cords force you to use the flash manually vs. E-TTL or even TTL.....

I'm a Nikon shooter, so I'm not 100% sure about that (the manual flash limitation.) But I do know the 430EX II doesn't have a built-in cord port...

I've heard the "ctr-301p" are good transmitters for the money. Search for them on ebay. I'm thinking about picking up a set for myself.

cactus v2s suck ass.

ive been borrowing my buddy's cybersyncs and they're wonderful. haven't missed a beat yet. my cactus fire from like 4 feet away inside and just don't work at all outside. biggest waste of like 60+ dollars ever.
